Project Executive

We are looking for a Project Executive, who has experience in ground up diverse commercial construction renovations having managed projects from $10M to $25M or more.  The candidate can be someone that is currently a Senior Project Manager that is ready for a Project Executive.  This company has experience continuted growth, operating in diverse commercial, multi family, hospitality, healthcare and senior living.

Project Executive Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Project Executive to set-up contracts/P.O.’s, required testing/inspections, submittals/samples, subcontractor/supplier lists, project schedule
• Coordinate with the Estimator on the project budget, project scope, potential problems such as critical items and/or special hazards
• Execute owner contract as may be required
• Confirm all quantities with Estimator
• Review returned subcontracts before signing...
