TITLE: PROJECT EXECUTIVE
REPORTS TO: CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
JOB DUTIES / GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
The Project Executive will be responsible for leadership, financial performance and oversight for the operations of all construction, project management and project administration activities associated with a specific market sector or business unit. To accomplish this, the Project Executive will lead and manage a team of Senior Project Managers and Project Managers to deliver exceptional quality and customer service to our clients. The Project Executive will work closely with the executive management team to understand the goals and direction of CAHS and lead the team to generate profits.
FINANCIAL
Achieve financial targets for market sector or business unit.
Accurately forecast business unit results on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
