Project Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Demolition Estimator & Contracts Administrator to join our growing team.

This role specialises in the estimation and commercial management of demolition, earthworks, excavation, temporary structural support, enabling works, and associated construction activities across residential, commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, retail, and government sectors.

As our Demolition Estimator, you will take ownership of the tender process from enquiry through to submission, preparing accurate quantity take-offs, developing practical demolition methodologies, sourcing supplier and subcontractor pricing, identifying project risks, and producing commercially competitive tenders.
