RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned multistorey structural steel projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers, including China-based suppliers, on technical requirements, material delivery schedules, project updates and follow-up matters.
- Provide Mandarin-English communication and translation support for technical discussions, project documents and supplier coordination.
- Review clients’ technical documentation, drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Maintain project technical files, records and documentation.
- Develop Method Statements for structural steel erection and project execution.
- Prepare MTO, BOQ, Scope of Work and technical specifications for steel structure sub-building projects.
- Prepare technical documentation for steel structure material requisition and assist the procurement department in technical evaluations.
