Project Engineer

We are currently looking for a Project Engineer to join our existing team working at London Heathrow.

In this role you will be providing 1st and 2nd level support, working on installation projects and other related project work at LHR and other sites, providing support and guidance to other engineers, and covering for the System Administration team.

Key Activities

• Providing 1st level support to engineers and customers.
• Providing 2nd level support for requests and incidents escalated from 1st level engineers, customers and 3rd parties.
• Escalating 3rd level incidents to the customer and 3rd parties for resolution.
• Performing preventative maintenance on workstations and peripherals.
• Managing assigned service asset management tasks.
• Creating and contributing to Knowledgebase articles.
• Conducting airline system integration testing.
