Minimum Qualifications
- BEng, BSc or BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Diploma in Design and Operations of Belt Conveyors or Belt Conveying of Bulk Solids.
- Bulk Transfer Chute Design and Modelling Certification.
- Professional registration with ECSA as a Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng .
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Bulk Materials Handling engineering within the mining, industrial or energy sectors.
- Proven experience on EPC, EPCM and Lump Sum Turnkey projects.
- Experience in feasibility studies, FEED, detailed engineering and project execution.
- Strong experience in the design of:
- Belt conveyor systems
- Transfer chutes
- Crushers, screens and feeders
- Bins, hoppers, stockyards, stackers and reclaimers
