Project Director

As part of our growth and organizational development around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor , we are seeking a Project Director to join our Datacenter team in Spain.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for leading our design & build datacenter projects , with full accountability for the project’s technical, financial, and contractual performance.

Responsibilities

• Strategic project management: defining objectives (quality, cost, timeline, safety) and implementing management frameworks (quality plans, organization, contracts)
• Team coordination and leadership: structuring the project team, defining roles and responsibilities, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment
• Operational monitoring and reporting: overseeing project progress (schedule, budget, risks) in collaboration with the PMO, and feeding into steering committees
