Project Director - Large scale Villa Project - PMC

We are currently representing a leading international PMC company in their search for a Project Director to join a major masterplan villa development project in Abu Dhabi.

This is a post-contract position on a large-scale development, offering the opportunity to work with one of the region’s most well-regarded project management consultancies.

Key requirements

• 20+ years of experience within the construction industry
• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Strong contractor and PMC background with extensive project delivery experience
• Minimum 10 years’ experience within the UAE
• Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple project packages and leading the delivery of complex developments from a client-facing perspective
