Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for the operation, maintenance, and optimisation of hydroelectric power plants to maximise performance and reliability.
• Monitor plant performance, analyse operational trends, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, improve reliability, and extend asset life.
• Support the planning, engineering, commissioning, rehabilitation, and upgrading of hydroelectric power facilities.
• Perform technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and due diligence assessments for new hydropower development projects.
• Review engineering designs, technical specifications, and contractor submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements, engineering standards, and regulatory guidelines.
