Overview

This central role helps shape how the team works, supports the development of a small team of Project Managers, and keeps selected client accounts moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop project management processes and the team.
• Act as team lead for a small group of Project Managers.
• Take on a direct client‑face role and manage key client accounts.
• Handle resourcing, invoicing, and project process profitability.
• Own profitability of your own client accounts.
