Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Director / Bid Director to play a pivotal role in both winning and delivering major opportunities . This senior leadership role combines strategic bid leadership with accountable project delivery.

Responsibilities

Bid Leadership

• Define and lead win strategies , value propositions and partnering approaches for Intelligent Infrastructure commissions
• Direct bid teams, coordinating technical, commercial, and governance inputs
• Ensure compliance with WSP governance, including risk, commercial and quality reviews
• Lead client engagement during pursuit phases, including presentations and negotiations
