Project Development Engineer in Calgary

Shape project designs as a Project Development Engineer at Gibson Energy, located at our Calgary Head Office. Contribute to process improvements and project execution on core assets in Canada and the US.
In this full-time and permanent role, you will report to the Manager of Development and Engineering Services. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a minimum of five years of experience, and the ability to register with APEGA as a Professional Engineer. You will coordinate project development, engage stakeholders, and tackle design challenges, making a meaningful impact on project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project development activities and scope definitions
• Conduct reviews with executive-level stakeholders
• Complete technical due diligence and handover documentation
• Develop process simulations and flow diagrams
• Provide mentorship to in-house engineers
