Project Coordinator/Inside Sales

Our manufacturing and service client in Surrey is recruiting for a Project Coordinator/ Inside Sales Representative.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and weekly insulation schedules
• Monitor progress across multiple job sites
• Support production planning
• Track all projects in Tsheets, Slack and Procure
• Collaborate with subcontractors, internal team and external customers
• Organize daily list of tasks
• Partner with Outside Sales Rep and coordinate projects with them

• Handle high volume of emails and phone calls throughout the day.
• Organize sales reps and technicians for each project
