Project Coordinator

Summary/Objective The Project Coordinators primary role is to ensure jobs are completed in a timely fashion and according to customer requirements. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Monitor and track progress and developments of ongoing projects Communicate with customers on a regular basis to ensure completion of work and address any concerns regarding projects Communicate with Construction Managers on project progress and developments Work cooperatively with employees to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation of projects within approved operating budgets Have a well-rounded knowledge of staffing needs in the field. Oversee work/field operations via onsite visits Complete and maintain all necessary project paperwork Quality control checks on jobs.
