Project Coordinator

Responsibilities: Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of worksmanship and compliance with contract requirements. Coordinate with sub contractors for all project matters Communicate with clients and manage their expectations Oversee quality control procedures to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards. Coordinate project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and handover of completed projects to clients. Assists in promoting good team morale and team spirit in the project team Ensure all safety regulations are observed at all work sites Ad-hoc duties Requirements: Experience in site co-ordination and project management Interior Design / Carpentry / Joinery knowledge preferred Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment with minimal supervision needed At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field Able to start work within short notice
