The Hospital Medicine Program & Utilization Management (UM) Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting various departments within UM and the Hospital Medicine Program by ensuring smooth operations, facilitating communication, and enhancing the overall cross-functional collaboration between academic, clinical, quality, and finance departments. This role ensures that projects are started, completed on time and within budget, and also aligns with business objectives. Responsible for oversight and completion of task delegation, serving also as a point of escalation for administrative issues. Position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, a self-driven and highly motivated individual who enjoys working autonomously, and is ready to jump in and support both behind the scenes and on-site, as needed.
