ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join our Property team as a Project Coordinator. You will support all aspects of the project lifecycle, contributing to deliver the highest standards of design and fit out/construction. Key responsibilities will involve contract management, project tracking and managing key relationships within the business, consultants, contractors, local authorities, landlords and other functional teams to ensure the projects are completed on time and on budget. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in project delivery/contract administration is preferred
• Accredited qualification in project coordination/management preferred
• Basic understanding of revenue models, p/l, and cost-to-completion projections is advantageous
