Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including designers and colleagues, to ensure smooth project execution and daily operations.
- Attend site visits and assist in coordinating on-site works and project activities.
- Coordinate and arrange workers' daily deployment and work schedules.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure works are carried out smoothly.
- Arrange and manage courier services as well as delivery schedules.
- Handle documentation and liaise with Management (MCST) for renovation work commencement applications.
- Prepare and issue quotations.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with office coordination task.
- Good coordination, communication, and organisational skills.
- Able to communicate in Chinese and English; knowledge of Malay will be an added advantage.
