Project Coordinator, Programme Management Office

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator to join us deliver some of Aotearoa New Zealand's most important climate‑related work with the Climate Change Commission.

The Commission was established by the Climate Change Response (Zero Carbon) Amendment Act 2019 and plays a key role in developing and implementing clear and stable climate‑change policies. It provides independent, expert advice to the Government on mitigating and adapting to climate change and monitors progress toward emissions‑reduction and adaptation goals.

The Commission’s Programme Management Office (PMO) is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our small and friendly team. The PMO supports the planning and monitoring of the Commission’s advice and evidence programmes, which are structured around reports that provide advice and monitor progress of New Zealand’s climate‑change response.
