Project Coordinator

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support warehouse operations and project execution across our main distribution facility and regional teams. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating materials, vendor communication, and logistics to ensure projects are executed on time and efficiently.
The ideal candidate brings strong warehouse management experience, is comfortable working with high volumes of incoming and outgoing shipments, and has experience leveraging warehouse management systems (WMS). This role will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and vendors, helping to manage equipment, materials, and project logistics from start to finish.
