Project Coordinator

Real Chemistry is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Marketing & Communications team. This role will play a key part in managing day‑to‑day operations, implementing new workflows, and ensuring projects move efficiently across internal stakeholders and capability areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project coordination across marketing initiatives, including timeline management, task tracking, and stakeholder follow‑ups
• Assist in building and maintaining project timelines, routing deliverables, and keeping projects on track in Workfront
• Coordinate across cross‑functional teams (social, creative, events, tech, ESG, and awards) to ensure alignment and progress
• Help drive adoption of new processes and workflows as the team evolves its project management approach
