Project Coordinator - Mechanical Designing/CAD

Responsibilities

Prepare Material Take-Offs (MTOs) based on project specifications, PIDs, isometrics and engineering drawings. Support the preparation of technical submittals, commercial and technical proposals, pre‑qualification documents and tender packages. Gather and compile data required for proposal development including material specifications, cost estimates, scope definitions and schedule inputs. Coordinate with engineering, procurement and production teams to collect accurate information for proposal preparation. Assist the design team in developing drawings, schematics and spool manufacturing packages. Ensure timely updating, revision and modification of drawings based on design changes, site requirements, client comments and internal review cycles.
