Overview

Prospiant, part of Gibraltar Industries, Inc., is a leading provider of controlled‑environment agriculture solutions. The Project & Sales Support Coordinator provides general administrative support to a group of professionals, acting as the first point of contact, representing Prospiant with vendors, clients, visitors, and callers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Enter orders and maintain the Epicor system.
• Work with outside vendor partners on project‑related rentals or direct shipments.
• Take information for PM‑provided quotes and put it into material lists.
• Create and enter material purchase orders.
• Create receipts of delivered purchase orders.
• Transform production/cut orders into purchase orders and send them.
