Project Coordinator for Highway Construction

Carmacks and Peters Bros are seeking a Project Coordinator for Highway South & Recycling HIP in Penticton, BC. This dual-office and field role focuses on project management and operational efficiency.
This entry-level position supports the Project Management team under the Construction Manager. You'll engage primarily with field Superintendents and Project Managers while coordinating essential tasks. Key duties include tracking materials, managing haul tickets, and preparing reports alongside invoicing support for Accounts Payable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track and reconcile materials supplied and delivered
• Maintain daily and weekly inventory for pits and stockpiles
• Coordinate with foremen and trucking for accurate counts
• Assist in preparing progress reports and invoices
• Identify efficiencies and implement process improvements
