Project Coordinator - Coupa

The position

You will be organisationally anchored in GLIPS GBS, Bangalore, while working exclusively with the R&D Legal team at Novo Nordisk headquarters in Denmark. In this role, you will act as a trusted operational and digital partner to R&D Legal, owning improvement initiatives end to end and contributing to the continuous development of modern legal operations. Key responsibilities will include:Manage incoming contract requests: perform initial screening and validation, assign tasks to appropriate stakeholders, and coordinate approvals and signatures via Coupa, the CLM system used in Novo Nordisk, and DocuSignSupport legal teams with Coupa workspace setup for lawyers and contract analystsParticipate in R&D Legal team activities and meetings as an integral part of the teamWork closely with the Associate Director of R&D Contracts on maintaining a prioritised list of improvement projects that you will ownMaintain strategic relationships with key functional stakeh...
