Project Coordinator, Centre of Excellence for Pandemic Preparedness (CoEPP)

Job Purpose:
This role supports the effective implementation of the Centre's initiatives aimed at strengthening pandemic preparedness across the region. The position will contribute to programme execution, coordination, and communication efforts to ensure smooth delivery of activities and consistent engagement with partners and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
1. Programme Support & Stakeholder Coordination

• Assist and coordinate the implementation of the Centre's programmes, activities, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate closely with multiple stakeholder groups of the Centre, including regional partners, CoEPP Taskforce and volunteer workgroups, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-through of planned actions.

2. Administrative & Logistics Coordination
