Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support end-to-end project activities, including creation of work orders, bills of materials, route sheets, and shop packs.Review sales orders and material requirements to ensure timely availability of materials.Assist with procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, raising purchase requisitions, and issuing purchase orders.Liaise with Production, Logistics, Quality Control, and vendors to monitor project progress, quality standards, and delivery schedules.Track vendor performance, expedite deliveries, and obtain regular status updates.Provide weekly project progress reports to customers and the sales team.Maintain technical documentation, project records, risk registers, and critical goods registers.Manage document control processes, ensuring records and revisions are updated in Master Control.Create part numb...
