Project Coordinator - Aviation

As a Project Coordinator supporting our Carolinas Aviation team, you'll play a key role in helping deliver capital improvement programs and aviation infrastructure projects that connect communities and drive long-term growth.

In this role, you'll support project managers and multidisciplinary teams by coordinating schedules, tracking budgets, maintaining project documentation, and supporting public grant compliance requirements. You'll help ensure projects are delivered efficiently by managing project information, facilitating stakeholder communication, monitoring contract commitments, and providing administrative and project delivery support throughout the project lifecycle.
