Responsibilities
- Review, validate, approve, and process STF and Augmentation funding requests through designated web-based systems, ensuring completeness, compliance, and data accuracy.
- Manage the end-to-end administration of STF and Augmentation programs, including tracking quotations, agreements, funding approvals, and partner claims.
- Reconcile rebate claims against approved funding allocations, investigate discrepancies, and elevate issues as required.
- Maintain and consolidate funding trackers, prepare monthly reports, and guarantee timely and accurate updates across systems and stakeholders.
- Perform regular data quality audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of contract details, agreements, funding records, and system information.
- Prepare and communicate monthly accrual, utilization, and performance reports to internal stakeholders and external partners.
