Responsibilities
Establish a planning,forecastingand reporting system for the overall project.
Regular reviewof cost and schedule metrics.
Update forecasts for cost andschedule.
Regular reporting of the monitored activities.
Receive frequent surveillance over job activities.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Review quantity take-offs.
Review cost estimates.
Review orders and receive materials, supplies, tools, and equipment.
Reviewchangeorders.
Recommend solutions to design changes throughoutconstructionprocess.
