Project Contract Specialist

Objectives

Ensures and promotes compliance with policies, standards, procedures, and contractual obligations. Works closely with Contracts and Legal functions to review and assess liabilities present in subcontracts or supplier contracts, understand contractual risks, and lead supplier TC negotiations.

Activities

Execute supplier contracts to implement the chosen business strategy of the project effectively, maximizing contractual protection through client prime contract back‑to‑back flow downs. Assists with drafting, revising, negotiating, and approving global and strategic supplier contracts for assigned supplier packages. Collaborates with Contracts Legal Department, Finance Department, including Tax, HSE, Sourcing, Procurement, Operations, and other functions to identify, analyze, and address contractual and commercial risks and exposures.
