Responsibilities Incident, Service, Problem, and Change management – tickets, service requests, high‑priority ticket root cause analysis, preventive measures, small enhancements, projects, legal requirements, SAP support packages, and system upgrades. Support coordination for non‑SAP but HR‑related applications, including Employee and Manager Self‑Service, and the Talent Management Suite covering global processes for Recruiting, Performance, Learning, and Compensation.
