Job Purpose
The Project Commercial Coordinator will be responsible for managing the commercial, cost, resource, and performance control aspects of all company projects. The role ensures accurate project costing, resource planning, progress monitoring, budget control, subcontractor coordination, tender preparation, and management reporting to support profitable and timely project delivery.

Prepare project budgets and cost breakdown structures upon project award.
Develop manpower allocation plans and resource cost forecasts.
Monitor actual project costs against approved budgets.
