Education

• BS degree in Computer science, Electrical engineering or equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum 5 year related experience with the server and/or storage system
• Solid HW and SW diagnostics skills
• Software development experience – preferably in Python/Bash.
• Experience with the LAMP stack (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP).
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a strong ability to interpret complex data, trends, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Experience in direct support for server product manufacturing and testing.
• Strong communication skills in both technical and business settings, written and verbal.
• Strong initiative and ability to work in a self‑directed environment.
