Programme Planner - General Election 2026

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Programme Planner who can bring structure, visibility, and confidence to our delivery landscape. As our Programme Planner, you’ll be the custodian of our integrated programme roadmap – bringing together multiple workstreams, projects, and interdependencies. You’ll champion planning excellence, support robust governance, and lead the development and improvement of scheduling tools, frameworks, and practices. You’ll work closely with the Programme Director, Project Managers, Workstream Leads, and senior stakeholders to ensure timelines are realistic, aligned, and continuously updated to reflect the true state of play. You’ll also provide critical reporting and insights to support executive decision‑making, risk management, and assurance. This is a fixed‑term opportunity until 18December2026, to start immediately. The salary band for this role is $109,050–$121,160 depending on relevant skills and experience.
