As a Programme Lead you will lead the delivery of programmes for children and young people, focusing mainly on Out of School Care and Recreation (OSCAR) programmes accredited by the Ministry of Social Development. You will work directly with rangatahi, schools, and community partners to ensure every programme is values‑led, inspiring, and unforgettable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of Out of School Care and Recreation programmes.
- Coordinate and manage a team of staff to deliver high‑quality youth programmes.
