Responsibilities
- Support museum-based learning programmes, including vendor coordination and scheduling.
- Manage administrative tasks such as records, payments, and programme logistics.
- Liaise with museum educators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Conduct on-site check-ins/observations during school visits to support programme quality.
- Collate stakeholder feedback and prepare basic reports.
Requirements
- Passion for education and working with students/adults.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Independent, adaptable, and a good team player.
Duration/working hours:
1 year contract (Immediate)
