Programme Evaluation Manager / Senior Manager [NOD]

We are looking for an individual with an eye for detail, good with numbers and a passion for improving lifelong learning and employment outcomes for Singaporeans. In this role, you will support the Team Lead in evaluating programmes, strengthening data administrative practices, and transforming skills and career services through actionable insights.

• Programme Review and Evaluation: support the evaluation of career and employment programmes, with an understanding of governance practices and funding conditions. Coordinate reviews, manage documentation, and follow up on compliance recommendations to ensure timely closure.
