Key Responsibilities 1. Programme Design & Development
. Design and develop comprehensive WSQ and non-WSQ courseware, encompassing learner guides, facilitator manuals, and assessment plans, strictly mapped to SSG's Technical Skills and Competencies (TSCs). . Employ Adult Learning Principles to create engaging, empathetic, and highly effective blended learning experiences. . Conduct regular curriculum reviews and spearhead updates to ensure content remains highly relevant to industry demands and client capabilities. 2. Quality Management & Compliance . Oversee the end-to-end quality assurance processes for all WSQ and non-WSQ programmes, ensuring absolute compliance with SSG's stringent guidelines and audit requirements. . Formulate and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with the Training Provider Quality Assessment (TPQA) framework. .
