Strategy Leadership / Performance Management
Responsible for the development, review and performance management of WV Uganda’s national strategy. This will require broad cross-organizational collaboration and leadership to ensure strategic initiatives are resourced and progressed annually.Develop and present six-monthly strategy performance reports to the WVU SLT and Board and WV Regional Office.Lead development and execution of Programme Quality Strategy aligned with national and global frameworks.Lead the development and implementation of ESG reporting in collaboration with Programme Operations, Finance and Procurement with a particular focus on Carbon footprint monitoring.Provide technical leadership in sectoral integration (health, education, livelihoods, child protection, WASH).Advise National Director and SLT on programme...
