Programme Delivery Lead

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and commercial Programme Delivery Lead with a proven track record in managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation programmes across the globe. The ideal candidate will bring deep, hands-on experience leading SAP S/4HANA delivery from mobilisation and scoping through to cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilisation - with strong control over governance, scope, risk, vendors, and executive stakeholder alignment.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage the full delivery cycle of complex SAP S/4HANA programmes. You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure alignment between delivery outcomes and business goals, and drive disciplined execution from initiation through hypercare.
