Fixed‑term or second‑term opportunity ending 30 June 2027, based in our Wellington office, supporting the Disability Support Services Transformation team.

The role of Programme Coordinator will involve expert coordination across the Disability Support Services Review Programme. You will build detailed programme schedules, apply project‑planning best practices, map dependencies across workstreams, and support project managers and delivery leaders to achieve successful programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrated programme schedule, ensuring planning milestones, dependencies and deliverables are visible across the programme.
• Support project managers and delivery leads with project planning, scheduling, sequencing and coordination of delivery activity.
