Programme Coordinator (Vitoria-Gasteiz)

This is a temporary role to cover a maternity leave - expected 6-month contract.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Programme Coordinator who will be in charge of the organisation of the learning experience during the design, delivery and closure of the programmes assigned, supervising stakeholders’ alignment. As Program Coordinator you will be accountable for preparing both F2F and online resources to ensure together with the Programme Manager an outstanding and top-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the back‑office work is done in a timely manner for all programmes assigned, with a specific focus on e‑learning technologies. This includes ensuring the right integration of all programme content within Headspring’s platform or the correct implementation of the learning experience in the client’s learning environment.
