About the role:
The Programme Coordinator will support the implementation of a flagship programme aimed at building science capital among secondary school students across 25 government schools. Working closely with teachers, students, and community stakeholders, the Coordinator will facilitate targeted STEM and gender-sensitive activities, and ensure the delivery of foundational learning initiatives to build students' aspirations and reduce dropout risks.
