Desired Candidate Profile

Essential:
Strong demonstrated experience in building partnerships within the UN and/or with government entities. Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating UN Joint Programmes or other multi-agency programmes on behalf of a contracting agency, including joint planning and harmonized implementation across participating agencies, support to joint governance structures (Steering Committees, Technical Working Groups and joint monitoring and review mechanisms), and the exercise of a joint accountability and service function across all partners.
