Job Summary We are seeking a thoughtful and driven Program Associate to support Tsao Family Foundation's climate and culture initiatives, focusing on research, insight synthesis, and knowledge-driven program support to drive strategic action, especially in Climate x Health in Asia. Responsibilities Conduct rigorous landscape scans across climate, health, and related thematic areas to identify trends and opportunities Perform targeted desktop research on emerging topics within climate and health to inform strategic priorities Track regional and global developments including policy shifts, funding flows, and innovation models to maintain current knowledge Identify gaps, tensions, and opportunities relevant to the Foundation's priorities through comprehensive analysis Synthesize findings from research, partner meetings, and ecosystem discussions into clear, structured insights for decision-making Connect ideas across domains to surface patterns, implications, and strategic considerations ...
