Program Technician

Summary This position is located in the Farm Service Agency, New York State Office, District 3, located in Marcy, Oneida County, New York and Cortland, Cortland County, New York. The incumbent will receive on-the-job training to develop proficiency in all functions and operations of the Field Office. Duties include but are not limited to clerical support, loan processing and servicing, office management, general information, and public relations. Responsibilities Assists the Farm Loan Chief, Farm Loan Branch specialists, Farm Loan Team managers, and District Directors on farm loan program procedural matters. Provides training to individuals and groups in the preparation and processing of loan documents and on loan procedural changes. Provides technical assistance to the Branch in processing bankruptcy and farm foreclosure cases. Requirements Conditions of Employment You must be a US Citizen or US National.
