Work You'll Do
+ Provide strategic alignment of all projects to achieve the long-term vision of business growth and development of professionals
+ Develop senior level client relationships to understand priorities, goals, pain points, resources, and restrictions to accomplish immediate needs and understand long-term goals/growth plans
+ Establish milestones and program objectives for long-term growth
+ Create integrated master schedules and establish and implement SOPs and rigor across team delivery • Manage quality across artifacts/outcomes
