The Factory Core Team / Component Program Management team under Product and Strategic Operation Management organization drives product and supply–demand decisions across Seagate’s global factories to achieve business goals. We collaborate closely with the Design Center, Seagate global factories to launch new products and optimize manufacturing ramps, ensuring supply responds effectively to customer demand.
We also support Seagate’s products, supply and demand operation (PSDO) process to align long range inventory strategies with the business plan. This includes balancing demand and supply choices, reconciling top down financial objectives with bottom up operational realities and preparing scenario based analyses to support S&OP decision making.
