PROGRAM MANAGER

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the acquisition life cycle program of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT. Responsibilities You will have the ability to supervise and direct multi-disciplinary subordinate organizations to achieve program goals. You will have mastery of and skill in formulating strategies and tactics to acquire and allocate resources to achieve program goals, milestones and/or schedule requirements You will have mastery knowledge of planning, programming, mission relevance, command priorities and operational concepts and execution of the Navy's mission and the assigned program's place in executing the mission. You will have skilled ability to represent the organization to senior level personnel internal and external to the Department to provide written and oral advice, direction, or reports on program concepts and diffuse sensitive program issues.
